Brad Clauson possesses a superb record of accomplishment in the field of commercial real estate with a professional background that includes seventeen years of experience in the leasing and management of office, industrial and shopping center properties located throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. As regional manager of MKG's Phoenix area properties he has overall responsibility for development of and adherence to annual asset management plans and budgets for each property, administration of all tenant retention and related leasing activities, maintenance and enhancement of the properties and supervision of staff and vendors. Prior to joining MKG he managed the Phoenix area office for a national real estate investment trust and prior to that for many years managed real estate portfolios ranging in size from 325,000 square feet to 800,000 square feet for Grubb & Ellis, Opus Investments, and Perini Investment Properties. Mr. Clauson also has extensive commercial leasing experience, having worked for a number of years at the onset of his real estate career as a commercial leasing agent with Rand Commercial Brokers in Phoenix. He brings a superb educational foundation in support of his current responsibilities, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in business with emphasis on real estate and accounting from Arizona State University. He also holds a certified property manager designation, an Arizona state real estate broker's license and is a member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors.
