Steve Morrison
President

Steve Morrison has been involved at a senior level over the last thirty-five years in all aspects of real estate investment, finance, management and portfolio administration. Prior to founding Morrison Karsten Group (MKG) in 1989, Mr. Morrison was a Principal and Executive Vice President of Karsten Realty Advisors, a leading real estate workout and pension fund investment management firm, where he was a member of the Investment Committee and in charge of the company's asset management and special projects divisions. Prior to that he was President of Belcore and Associates, an Orange County, California based real estate investment firm with holdings in Southern California and Atlanta, Georgia. Earlier he was Senior Vice President in charge of portfolio management at UnionAmerica Mortgage and Equity Trust, a NYSE listed real estate investment trust, and prior to that Assistant Vice President and Manager of the Los Angeles Commercial Loan Production office of the Sonoma Mortgage Division of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Morrison graduated from U.C.L.A. in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations.
